Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- First Deputy Khokim of Tashkent Bakhtiyor Rakhmonov met with a delegation from the city of Dushanbe, headed by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Tajikistan Rahmonzoda Abdujabbor Aziz.

At the beginning of the meeting, B. Rakhmonov gave brief information about the reforms and renovations implemented in the capital in recent years under the auspices of the Head of State and expressed the readiness of the city administration to cooperate with the guests and assist in all matters.

A. Rahmonzoda thanked for his help in organizing the meeting and said: President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon gave instructions to upgrade the infrastructure of the city of Dushanbe, build an international business center in it, embodying modern business and residential complexes. As part of the execution of the order, officials of the departments of the city of Dushanbe for construction, architecture and urban planning arrived in Tashkent to study the experience. He also expressed gratitude to the khokimiyat of Tashkent for the practical assistance provided to them during the visit.

B. Rakhmonov said that the khokimiyat of the capital and the organizations involved are ready to continue to provide practical assistance, and at the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue cooperation.
