Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 28 March 2019, a meeting was held at the Tashkent Khokimiyat between Deputy Khokim of the capital Sharof Rakhmanov and a business delegation of the Republic of Estonia.

Sharof Rakhmanov welcomed the representatives of the delegation headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Uzbekistan Toomas Tirs and thanked for the visit.

In turn, Toomas Tiers expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and briefly informed about the companies in the delegation and their areas of activity. Authorized representatives of the companies expressed their interest in cooperation with the capital in the areas of transport, logistics, business management, chemical industry, and printing.

The deputy khokim said that the city hokimiyat supports the initiatives of Estonian entrepreneurs and is ready to provide comprehensive assistance in the development of mutually beneficial cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue the dialogue and discuss prospective cooperation in detail.
