Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy Minister of Transport Ilkhom Abdugafarov met with representatives of the delegation of the Islamic Development Bank led by Muhammad Alikhan.

At the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to bank financing of projects in the field of transport and road infrastructure. 

In particular, an exchange of views took place on the project for the construction of toll roads “Tashkent – Samarkand” and “Tashkent – Andijan” on a PPP basis. Information about the current state of the project is provided.

Following the meeting, the parties decided on further tasks within the discussed areas of cooperation.
