Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 26 June, an online meeting of the First Deputy Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications on Digital Economy and Electronic Government Oleg Pekos with the UNDP Resident Representative in Uzbekistan Matilda Dimovsk was held.

The online meeting discussed the priority areas of cooperation between the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications and UNDP in the field of e-government and the digital economy.

In particular, they considered projects implemented by UNDP in the field of e-government and digitalization, and the prospects for joint implementation of the Digital Tashkent project.

During the online meeting, suggestions were also made on conducting marketing and innovative research in the field of e-government development and improving the quality of public services.
