Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the Agency for Space Research and Technology under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UzbekCosmos Agency) a meeting was held with the delegation of Tatarstan, headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov. This was reported by the press service of the Uzbekcosmos agency.

Director of the UzbekCosmos Agency Sh. Kadyrov introduced the participants to the activities of the Agency and its results. Information was presented on activities carried out in the areas of developing international cooperation, training personnel for the space industry, remote sensing of the Earth and state space monitoring.

Representatives of Tatarstan gave a presentation on the services provided by the Center for Geoinformation Technologies of Innopolis University using remote sensing of the Earth using satellites and drones for various areas, and also introduced the activities of the Center itself.

In addition, information was presented on the production of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue negotiations to determine mutually beneficial areas and prospects for cooperation. Representatives of the two sides once again expressed gratitude for the meeting.
