Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- With the cooperation of Uzpromstroybank and the Uzpromstroymaterialy Association, a standard methodological manual has been developed for enterprises producing cement, bricks and lime from natural gas to coal fuel.

On the basis of the Decree of the President of the country from 16 February “On measures to accelerate the introduction of renewable energy sources and energy-saving technologies in 2023”, instructions were given to the relevant organizations to transfer production enterprises to coal fuel, create comprehensive favorable conditions for business entities in this direction, support and encouragement.

Targeted work has been set up to transfer 250 enterprises only in the direction of the production of building materials for coal fuel.

The Model Toolkit for Conversion of Cement, Bricks and Lime from Natural Gas to Coal is one of the steps taken in this direction.

The manual pays special attention to the technological processes during the transition from natural gas to coal fuel, the necessary equipment and devices, the stages of modernization and reconstruction, as well as the properties of raw coal, its correct choice and efficient use.

Recommendations are given on the application of foreign experience, advanced technologies in the use of coal fuel, as well as ecology, environmental protection and labor protection.

Information is also provided on loans offered by commercial banks in this direction.
