A limit set for departmental security personnel

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The order of the Commander of the National Guard “On approval of the regulation on determining the maximum number of personnel of departmental paramilitary security units” was adopted, Norma reports.

The provision does not apply to security units at particularly significant and categorized security facilities, as well as security of special cargo.

In accordance with the Regulations, security posts are organized in the following territory of the facility:

at checkpoints for citizens (transport);

along the border (perimeter) of the object in the internal or external part of the object or in its vicinity;

on a specific part of an object that has special meaning.

A checkpoint post is organized under the following conditions:

when passing (entrance/exit) up to 400 facility employees per hour through the checkpoint

(with arithmetic average calculation);

when passing (entry/exit) up to 20 vehicles per hour through the checkpoint

(with arithmetic average calculation).

Along the border (perimeter) of the object in the internal or external part of the object or in its vicinity, one post is organized for every 500 meters.

One post or one patrol is created in a certain part of the object that is of particular importance, or in an area with limited visibility (turns and uneven surfaces).

In this case, the patrol is organized within the following distance:

during the day – up to 1,000 meters, at night – up to 500 meters;

when equipped with technical means of security of objects during the day - up to 2,000 meters, at night - up to 1,000 meters.

It was also established that the positions:

the head of the detachment, his deputy and his assistant for material support are introduced when the allocated staff exceeds 76 staff units;

the head of an individual team and a team within a detachment - with a staff size of 16 to 76 staff units;

dog instructor - for every 7 staff positions of a dog handler;

chief of guard - when 16 staff units are exceeded and then for every additional 25 staff units;

head of the pass office - if there are 3 staff positions at the pass office on duty;

dog handler – for each existing dog;

controller and shooter - depending on the guard time.
