Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 22 February, one of the largest tourism exhibitions in the Southeast Asia region - SATTE (“South Asia’s Leading Travel Show”) international exhibition has started in the Indian city of Greater Noida.
The exhibition, which brought together leading tourism companies, representatives of the transport industry and hotel business from 56 countries of the world, is also attended by a delegation from Uzbekistan, consisting of the Tourism Committee and major tour operators in the field.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by the Minister of Tourism and Culture of India Keshan Raddi. He expressed confidence that this event will become an important platform for disseminating the tourism opportunities of different countries around the world and cooperation in the implementation of future projects.
It is worth noting that on the first day of the exhibition, representatives of our country reached a number of profitable agreements. In particular, projects were developed for mutual exchange of tourists with tour companies from India, Georgia and Vietnam.
SATTE is an international exhibition that has been held since 2019. It will last until 24 February.
