The project was initiated by the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications. Within the framework of the project, 22 employees of state-owned enterprises will be trained in courses on the development of information and communication technologies.
The courses, which will begin on 29 July and last for almost a month, will be attended by specialists from the IT, economic, tax, justice, and Yergeodeskadastra sectors.
The course was organized in cooperation with the National Information Society of the Republic of Korea (NIA) and the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
Leading experts of Korea will present reports on the information society, the e-government system and its legal, social and interactive services to create the basis for introduction of ICT and development of innovative approaches.
The participants of the courses will be briefed about development of the "smart" city platform and the electronic-judicial system.
In addition, the participants will visit the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Korea, the Seoul Transportation Authority, information system institutions, BigData centers and other units.
