Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to demonstrate and popularize the gastronomic potential of our country, a festival of national and organic cuisine called "Organic Food Festival" and "Taste of Uzbekistan" was held in the historical complex Ulli Khovli, located in Urgench district of Khorezm region.
Uzbek, Turkmen, Tatar, Kazakh, Korean and Russian national dishes were presented at the festival and an exhibition of agricultural and food products was also organized.
In addition, an exhibition of handicrafts, performances by folklore groups, a demonstration of national costumes, master classes in the preparation of national dishes, a fair of agricultural tourism products took place.
At the festival, which attracted thousands of foreign and local tourists, guests were able to directly observe the process of preparing Uzbek and national dishes of different peoples.
