Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan is actively working in the third direction of the Five Initiatives put forward by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan - creating conditions for the wide and effective use of computer technologies and the Internet by the population and youth.
In the course of the implementation of the Five Initiatives and in order to strengthen the ideological immunity of young people, create conditions for the realization of their creative and intellectual potential, further popularize computer technologies, programming and robotics, e-sports, improve the system of training specialists in this field, a Training Center was opened in Khatyrchi district of Navoi region digital technologies in compliance with all sanitary and epidemiological requirements.
A training center for digital technologies was opened in the post office building of Khatyrchi region of Navoi branch of the JSC "Uzbekiston Pochtasi". This center is located in the district center, which creates convenience for residents.
The center is equipped with the necessary technical equipment. In particular, all conditions have been created in the computerized classroom for teaching young people the basics of computer technology, programming, robotics and e-sports.
This center is designed to attract over a thousand students of 5-11 grades of district schools, as well as unemployed young people, to improve the qualifications of employees of enterprises and organizations in the field of ICT.
In addition, work continues to attract regional youth to participate in the megaproject "One Million Uzbek coders". Currently, over ten thousand boys and girls have registered on this platform in Navoi region. In Khatyrchinsky district, 335 young people have registered, of whom 57 have successfully completed the courses and received certificates.
