Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of Uzbekistan headed by the Chairman of the Central Bank took part in the International Financial Congress (IFC-2019), which was held from July 3-5 in St. Petersburg (Russia).

The event annually brings together all the major participants in the financial market and experts, in particular, representatives of foreign regulators, international financial organizations and the largest banks.

The key theme of the congress in 2019 is “Financial markets: increasing complexity, maintaining sustainability”.

Sessions of the business program focused on the impact of regulation on the stability of the global financial system and economic growth, current challenges of monetary policy, changes in the regulation of the banking sector and changes in the banking supervision model, the development of the insurance market and financial markets.
