Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 10 to 13 June 2019, a delegation of the Bank of Russia is in the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of an agreement on cooperation in the field of personnel training in the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, a delegation of the Bank of Russia, represented by the deputy chairman of Vasterovsky R.N. and the director of the University of Bank of Russia Afonina A.Yu. arrived in Uzbekistan in order to exchange experience on personnel policy issues.

During this visit, the issues of optimization of personnel policy were considered. In particular, at the seminar, which was attended by the heads of departments of the Central Bank, and representatives of the personnel services of commercial banks, representatives of the Bank of Russia spoke about the personnel management system, talent management and HR policy.

Also, the Russian side shared its experience in the transformation of the entire Bank of Russia and the transition to a new format for working with personnel.
