Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 8 February, Deputy Chairman of the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry U. Safarov met with Muhammad Abdul-Jabbar Kuheji, second deputy chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of bilateral relations, developing as a result of the ongoing reforms, and the prospects for their development.

In particular, Muhammad Abdul-Jabbar Kuheji highly praised the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan, including in the field of supporting small businesses and entrepreneurship.

In turn, U. Safarov focused on the activities of the Chamber and gave detailed information about the conditions, opportunities and assistance provided to entrepreneurs.

As a result of the dialogue, the parties expressed interest in further development of relations, representatives of the business community of Uzbekistan were invited to Bahrain under the leadership of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and an agreement was reached to organize meetings in the B2B format.
