Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan headed by Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Ilkhom Norkulov held a meeting with First Deputy Chairman Ksenia Yudayeva and heads of key departments of the Bank of Russia on 20 November 2018.

During the meeting, a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation of central banks was discussed.

The parties confirmed their interest in sharing experiences and practices in the field of monetary policy, macroeconomic modeling and forecasting, macro-prudential policies, as well as closer cooperation in the field of staff development.

A draft agreement between the central banks in the field of personnel training was also discussed and an agreement was reached on specific cooperation activities between regulators in 2018–2019.
