Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation headed by the Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, Tanzila Narbaeva, currently on a visit to the United Arab Emirates to participate in the parliamentary session as part of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP28), has familiarized itself with the "Uzbekistan" pavilion organized at the "Dubai Expo" center in Dubai.

Uzbekistan is participating in COP28 in the Central Asia pavilion. This is a joint effort of the countries in the region aimed at strengthening the position of "One region – one voice."

At the World Climate Summit Cop28, Uzbekistan is participating in two pavilions: the blue ("Blue") and the green ("Green").

The "Blue" pavilion presents information about Uzbekistan’s ecological potential, particularly the President-initiated and regularly conducted "Green Space" project, the Central Asian Green University for the study of the environment and climate change, as well as the condition of the Aral Sea and its greening.

In the "Green" pavilion, on the second floor, information about biodiversity, activities in the field of ecology in general, videos, and the tourist potential of our country are showcased.
