Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A multi-day Aziz Shusha cycling race has been held in Azerbaijan these days. The Tashkent city professional cycling team also took part in the competition.

Representatives of Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Mongolia, Great Britain, Romania, Georgia, Tajikistan took part in the competition. 

The second stage, the length of which was 71 km, consisting of mountain trails, passing through the territory of Shushi in Azerbaijan, ended successfully for the national team. Akrom Sunnatov showed the second result.

In the race, the famous Azerbaijani athlete Elchin Asadov, representing the Turkish Sakarya BB Pro Team, took the first place, the representative of Mongolia closed the top three.

Now the team of Uzbekistan will prepare for the competitions that will be held in Italy, Turkey and Belarus in July-August.
