Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 12 May, Tashkent will host a concert by the Romanian jazz band Ineffable as part of the International Jazz Festival. 

The event was organized by the Art and Culture Development Foundation, the Embassy of Romania and the Romanian Institute of Culture. The concert will be held at the open area of the Palace of International Forums "Uzbekistan".

Inneffable formed in the summer of 2017. The group includes Reka-Kata Regian (vocals, flute), Zsigmond Pal (keyboards), Tikhamer Serechan (bass guitar), Ossian Serechan (drums) with technical support from Bodo Istvan. After participating in 2018 at the jazz festival in the city of Miercurea Ciuc (Romania), the Ineffable group gave several concerts in Romania and took part in international competitions such as the Sibiu Jazz Competition and Laureate World-Jazz Competition (Hungary) where she became a finalist. This was followed by a national tour in Romania, ending with participation in the Jazz in the Park festival in Cluj-Napoca, where the group received a special award for "Best Band". 

In 2019, the band recorded their debut album Neon, which included their own compositions. The group’s second studio album titled "New Dimension" was recorded in May 2021. In 2022, Ineffable held its first symphonic jazz concert on the stage of the Palace of Culture in Tirgu Mures (Romania) together with the Tirgu Mures Philharmonic Orchestra. In January 2023, the group performed at the Myupa Jazz Festival in Budapest (Hungary).

Romania pays great attention to the development of relations with Uzbekistan in all areas, including in the field of culture, as a link that can best bring our peoples together. On 18 December, 2022, the Embassy of Romania received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for its contribution to the development and strengthening of bilateral and multilateral relations with the Republic of Uzbekistan.
