Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 30 June, a branch of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies was opened in Gulistan of Syrdarya Region.

The event was attended by the Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications S. Sadikov and the governor of the Syrdarya Region F. Mirzaev.

The Gulistan branch of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies was organized in accordance with the important and urgent tasks outlined by the President in the Address to the Parliament, as well as in order to fulfill the tasks of the State Program in the Year of the Development of Science, Education and the Digital Economy.

The technology park has created all the conditions for local youth, entrepreneurs, citizens who want to learn new specialties. In particular, a coworking center, classrooms, a business incubator, an e-sports room were organized. The total territory of the Gulistan branch of the Technology Park of software products and information technologies is 0.63 hectares. The two-story building with a total area of ​​1600 square meters is designed to create more than 100 jobs and accommodate more than 15 enterprises operating in the field of ICT.

The necessary infrastructure was created at the branch, including high-speed Internet, modern laboratories, a coworking center, and office space. Residents will be provided with marketing, legal and advisory assistance.
