Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced today that 2,000 modern buses will be delivered to Uzbekistan by the Navruz holiday.

An additional 1,000 modern buses will be purchased for the city of Tashkent, and 7 elevated metro stations will be launched. This was stated by the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his address to the Parliament.

In order to improve the quality of passenger transportation in the regions, another 1,000 buses will be launched.
