The 15th international conference on Central Asia and the Caucasus with the theme of ’Expansion of NATO in Central Asia and the Caucasus, its Dimensions and Consequences’ wound up here Tuesday afternoon.

During the two-day conference, experts from Iran, Georgia, the UK, Armenia, Switzerland, Afghanistan, Poland, Italy, Tajikistan, Turkey, India, Russia, Romania, Belgium, China, Canada, Pakistan, the US and Uzbekistan delivered speeches on NATO’s expansion to Eurasia.

Managing Director for Political and International Studies at Iran’s Foreign Ministry Rasoul Mousavi delivered the closing speech on Iran’s views on the expansion of NATO in the region, IRNA reported.
