Issues of the “strategy of new partnership in Central Asia” will be discussed in Ashgabat on 9-10 April by the foreign ministers of the European Union’s troika (former, current and future country presiding in the EU) and five Central Asian countries - Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
