Total volume of deals at Elsis Savdo, electronic off-exchange trades, made up 2.79 billion soums in the first quarter of 2007.

 

The exchange carried out 312 deals with 1.09 million shares of 47 issuers for 2.79 billion soums. The share of January trades in total volume made up 2%, February trades – 47% and March trades – 51%.

 

The largest volume of deals was registered with shares of enterprises of construction industry. The deals for over 2 billion soums were registered with shares of construction industry.

 

Banking industry recorded deals for 495 million soums. Pakhta Bank led the trades with 260.3 million soums and it was followed by Universal Bank with 79.7 million soums and Ravnaq Bank – 63.8 million soums. Food and light industry attained six deals for 95.9 million soums.

 

The largest volume of deals was carried out with shares of enterprises of Tashkent city. Total volume of deals made up 2.3 billion soums. Namangan was on the second place with 95.5 million soums.

 

Enterprises of Ferghana region recorded deals for 79.7 million soums.
