Shares of Uzbekneftegaz are now on the stock exchange

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Shares of Uzbekneftegaz are now on the stock exchange. This was announced today by the Uzbekistan Stock Exchange (UZSE).

UZSE said that from 4 April 2022, shares of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" were included in the exchange quotation list.

At the end of 2021, the state (represented by the Ministry of Finance), as a shareholder-owner of all ordinary shares of the company, approved the inclusion of Uzbekneftegaz shares in the exchange quotation list. The plans for the joint-stock company to enter the exchange listing were announced last summer. Ordinary shares (UZNG) UZ7036270005, Preferred shares (UZNGP) UZ7036271003

The authorized capital of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" is 21.53 trillion soums (13.4% of the total authorized capital of all JSCs in the country), of which grafted. JSC shares account for 12.21 billion soums, i.e. only 0.06%.
