Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 25 January, power outages occurred in the regions of the country as a result of a major accident in the Central Asian energy system. As a result, the work of the Bukhara oil refinery was temporarily suspended.
During a working visit to the Bukhara oil refinery, the Chairman of the Board got acquainted with the restoration of technological processes, the state of operation of the units. The activity of the enterprises of the system has been almost completely restored.
Instructions were given to the director of the plant, Akbar Fazilov, to organize a "Temporary headquarters" at the Bukhara oil refinery, as well as to monitor and fully control the operation of the plants at full capacity.
Also, tasks were defined for the sustainable supply of consumers of the republic with oil products, the creation of the necessary conditions for all employees who conscientiously perform their work in such a difficult situation.
The Chairman of the Board visited the central main structural divisions of the plant and discussed the state of operation of technological units and the financial issues necessary for this.
Being at the central distribution substation, I studied the diesel generator located in the technological area of the main production workshop, and its working condition, if necessary.
The Chairman of the Board noted that it is necessary to constantly monitor the automatic operation of this generator in the event of a power outage, which ensures a safe shutdown of the plant.
The state of work on the transition of the Bukhara oil refinery to a stable operating mode was also studied, the Chairman of the Board personally participated in these processes.
In turn, 2 tanks with a capacity of 5000 m3 for receiving, storing and mixing GTL kerosene were studied at the construction site and the current state of construction and installation work on site was analyzed.
The specialists of the Bukhara oil refinery were given the necessary instructions to accelerate the implementation of current projects and complete them on time.
In addition, the Chairman of the Board held a working meeting with the specialists of the plant, at which topical issues related to the conditions of their life and work, the production of the plant, and the performance of indicators were discussed.
The report of the director of the plant was discussed on the practical work on the development of new types of products, increasing production volumes, projects that are planned to be implemented in 2022 to make the plant work more efficiently, as well as on a number of ongoing activities.
During today’s working visit at the Bukhara oil refinery, work was studied to improve the environmental situation and air purity, care and gardening of about 10 thousand seedlings of various varieties and ornamental plantings, carried out as part of the "40 shock days" campaign to ensure the implementation of the national project "Yashil Makon ".
The rational use of water resources in caring for seedlings and the full implementation of a drip irrigation system with the support of Uzbekneftegaz JSC were noted.
At the end of the visit, the Chairman of the Management Board noted that today, to ensure industrial safety, an integrated approach is needed, energy efficiency improvement and optimization of the efficient use of energy resources, full compliance with safety rules in production, and only then can an uninterrupted supply of oil products to the economy and the population be ensured.
It should be noted that after the restoration of power supply, the plant began to operate in full mode, and an average daily production of 2,500 tons of gasoline, 200 tons of Jet A-1 jet fuel, 700 tons of diesel fuel, 180 tons of fuel oil and 560 tons of other oil products was achieved.
