Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- In January - June 2021, construction work was completed in Uzbekistan for a total amount of 48.6 trillion soums, the State Committee on Statistics said.
Compared to the corresponding period of 2020, the growth rate was 0.1%.
State-owned organizations completed construction work for a total of 1971.1 billion soums. Their share in the republic is 4.1%.
Non-state-owned organizations completed construction work worth 46.63 trillion soums. Their share in the republic is 95.9%.
In the structure of the total volume of construction work, large construction organizations carried out construction work in the amount of 12.11 trillion soums.
The volume of construction work carried out by small enterprises and microfirms amounted to 27.54 trillion soums.
