Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January of this year, the Ministry of Energy, together with responsible organizations, studied the state of use of natural gas at auto-gas filling compressor stations (CNG filling stations) and greenhouses located in the districts of Tashkent city and Tashkent region.
In the course of the studies carried out in 3 cases, gross violations by consumers of the rules for using natural gas were revealed, which amounts to damage in the amount of 672 million soums.
At the CNG station of Eco Gas Oil LLC, located in Chinoz district, it was revealed that the installed autopilot pro gas meter had a defect, and also due to the arbitrary installation of additional gas equipment at this CNG station, excessive gas consumption was revealed in contrast to the prescribed volumes in the contract for the supply of natural gas.
According to preliminary calculations, the amount of damage amounted to 272.2 million soums.
Also, when inspecting the installed autopilot pro gas meter at the Petrometan CNG filling station located in Yangiyul district, due to suspicions in the meter configuration settings, the meter was submitted for state expertise. As a result, it was revealed that the meter worked from 50% to 90% below the readings of the permissible error.
According to preliminary calculations, the amount of damage amounted to 154.2 million soums.
In addition to the above, it turned out that the seals on the Prince-M G-40 gas meter installed in the greenhouse facility of FOZUSHA LLC, located in the Tashkent region, were arbitrarily broken, and the meter readings were manually twisted back.
According to preliminary calculations, the amount of damage amounted to 272.2 million soums. For all 3 facts of violations, the executed documents were transferred to law enforcement agencies.
