Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 1 November, the system of electronic invoices will start working in accordance with all the rules. In particular, the function of automatic confirmation of invoices, not accepted or rejected by the buyer in time, will work.
From 1 November 2020, all invoices must be issued strictly within the timeframes provided for in paragraphs 4-7 and clause 59 of the Regulations on the forms of invoices and the procedure for their filling, submission and acceptance.
Currently, if for some reason this deadline has been missed, the invoice issued with a delay is included in the report for the month when the transaction was carried out. Those. if the accountant issued a September invoice, for example, after 20 October, he still sits down in the September report.
From 1 November, overdue invoices will be counted in the month they were issued. Those. the invoice was issued in November, in November and will be taken into account in the calculations.
Also, from 1 November 2020, all the norms provided for by the Regulation on the forms of invoices and the procedure for filling them out, submitting and receiving them will be technically implemented in the EIF system.
For example, in clause 63 of the Regulations it is said: “not confirmed or not rejected by the buyer within 10 days from the date of issue of the electronic invoice is considered confirmed”. To date, after this period has expired, nothing happens to the outstanding invoices in the EI system, the “awakened” buyer has the technical ability to reject them.
From 1 November, this will not be possible. An invoice that has not been reviewed in due time will automatically go to the register of approved invoices. "
