Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Turkish company Bengi Temizlik servis ve egitim hizmetleri bought an empty hotel in Shakhrisabz for 5.83 billion soums, Dunyo news agency reported, citing the press service of the khokimiyat of Kashkadarya region.
According to the press service of the regional khokimiyat, the director of the Turkish company Bengi Ibrahim and the People's Bank signed a bilateral agreement on the purchase of a two-storey hotel building under construction and a complex of trade and consumer services.
The buyer plans to quickly transform the building into a modern hotel.
