Turkey sends humanitarian aid to Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Turkey delivered a humanitarian aid to Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the Turkish Embassy in Tashkent.
The assistance was provided within the framework of an agreement signed between the governments of Turkey and Uzbekistan on the donation of medical equipment and supplies.
Humanitarian aid consists of protective medical materials used in the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic.
The volume of aid is about 12.5 tons, which includes 50,000 N-95 masks, 200,000 medical masks, 40,000 overalls, 5,000 masks that completely cover the face, as well as drugs used to treat COVID-19.
