Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On additional measures to attract investments in state property in Tashkent", the Agency for State Assets Management in its integrity will put up for sale the former administrative building of Uzbekenergo.
The starting price of the integrated building located at 6 Istiklol Street, Mirzo-Ulugbek District, Tashkent city is 85,012,644,286.1 soums.
The investment commitment of the facility is to build a modern hotel with a capacity of at least 200 people, a shopping center and an entertainment center reflecting the best examples of urban planning, modern building standards and architectural solutions used in large cities.
Here it is allowed to build new buildings in the prescribed manner by demolishing existing buildings and structures. The winner of the tender must coordinate the exterior design and construction project with the Ministry of Construction.
Applications for participation in the tender are accepted through the electronic online auction platform "E-ijro auksion". The participant must make a deposit of at least 5% of the purchase price of the object to a special account of the State Unitary Enterprise "Center for the organization of electronic online auctions".
Together with the relevant documents for participation in the tender, it is also necessary to provide a concept for the implementation of the project.
Proposals received from bidders are sent to the State Commission for Tender Bidding for the Sale of State Property for general consideration and an appropriate decision.
The decision of the commission on the results of the tender will be published in the media within one month from the end of the acceptance of applications for participation in the tender.
