Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Two more deaths of patients with coronavirus have been reported in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.
In Bukhara region, a 40-year-old Afghan citizen M.Kh. died. A patient was disturbed by coughing and fever for 2-3 days.
On 21 June, he called an ambulance and was hospitalized. He was diagnosed with COVID-19, severe bilateral pneumonia, grade III respiratory failure, heart failure.
Despite the efforts of doctors, the patient died of acute cardiovascular and respiratory failure.
Sh. T., an 83-year-old resident of Uchtepa district, died in Tashkent. She was hospitalized on 28 June. She was diagnosed with severe COVID-19, which occurred with bilateral pneumonia, acute respiratory and cardiovascular failure.
She also had concomitant diseases - gonarthrosis and bilateral coxarthrosis, and also underwent treatment for many years with a diagnosis of hypertension, coronary heart disease.
Despite resuscitation procedures, the patient died of acute cardiovascular and respiratory failure.
