Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the resolution “On Amending and Adding to Some Decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
Henceforth, the procedure for granting pensions to the family of a disabled child, an HIV-infected person up to 16 years of age, as well as to foster parents who have taken the child into care, has been introduced.
Work experience for the appointment of a pension will be confirmed according to the data available in the interdepartmental hardware-software complex "Unified National Labor System" (IPAC "UNTS").
Most importantly, the opportunity was created to determine the size of wages without providing archival information. The size of earnings is determined: for 2005 - 2016 - on the basis of information on mandatory contributions to the funded pension system, for 2016-2018 - on the basis of information from the electronic centralized register of individual accounting of accrued insurance contributions to citizens in the off-budget Pension Fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. For 2019, it is carried out on the basis of information from the electronic centralized register of personalized accounting of accrued salaries of citizens, for the period after 2020 - on the basis of information in the IAPC "UNST".
The adopted resolution testifies to the attention paid by the government of our country to socially vulnerable segments of the population.
