- Aviasales entered the Uzbek market last year, and we see that paying a one-click ticket to a local is not so simple. After all, most often payment and booking travel takes place in international currency, and not local. Therefore, having several bank cards for different purchases is quite normal practice for Uzbekistan, says Yaroslav Stepanyuk, Director of Development of New Directions for Aviasales. - We decided to facilitate this process for Uzbek travelers to make it easier to plan trips with us. And for this we have a reliable partner.
With a new card you can pay not only for flights, but also for everyday purchases, orders in online stores and purchases abroad. For transactions over US$100, the minimum cashback will be 0.5%, the maximum - 10%. In the future, special bonuses will be available when booking hotels, renting cars and buying other travel services.
Aviasales.uz believes that the new product will be popular among Uzbek tourists who travel more and more often from year to year. According to a study by a tourist search engine, in 2019 the number of airline ticket bookings to foreign countries increased by 44% compared to a year earlier. And the most popular destinations among travelers to Uzbekistan are Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Korea and China.
