Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution “On measures to further simplify the procedure for issuing certificates to citizens by state medical institutions”.
In accordance with the resolution, starting from 1 April 2020, a certificate of registration or absence from the psycho-neurological and narcological dispensaries will be provided through the Public Service Centers or the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services.
Also, starting from 1 April 2020:
- The practice of issuing directly a certificate of the presence or absence of registration in psychoneurological and narcological dispensaries is canceled;
- registration of citizens with drug and mental disorders will be kept only in electronic form.
Until 1 March 2020, an automated electronic information system necessary for the provision of public services will be developed.
The resolution approved administrative regulations on issuing citizens with a certificate of being or not registered with neuropsychiatric and narcological dispensaries.
