A business forum takes place in Kuala Lumpur

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 11 January 2020, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia, together with Consumption Union, held a business forum on the economic and investment potential of our country.

The event was attended by representatives of about 150 Malaysian companies, including the leadership of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia, the Corporation for the Development of Foreign Trade, the Agency for Investment Development, the Department of Standards and representatives of the business community.

Following the results of the business forum, an agreement was reached to organize a visit of about 50 representatives of Malaysian business to Uzbekistan to participate in the international investment forum in Tashkent scheduled for 4-6 March 2020.
