Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) –– The National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the form of unitary enterprise was transformed into a joint-stock company in line with the presidential resolution.

The founders of National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan are the Ministry of Finance and the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The presidential resolution defines the main tasks and activities of JSC "National Bank of Foreign Economic Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

In particular, the bank develops retail banking services for the population, introduces new types of banking services using ICT.
