Representatives of the business community of Uzbekistan met with authorized representatives of a number of Italian companies; a number of important agreements were reached.
Members of the delegation discussed the possibilities of cooperation with the Publicis Group.
At the meeting, company president Angelo Biacci praised the results of economic reforms carried out over the past three years in Uzbekistan. Angelo Biacci noted that the cultural and spiritual heritage of Uzbekistan is important in world civilization and proposed to conduct extensive outreach work (rebranding) in Western countries and Asia. The Pablisis Group stated that it was ready to provide all kinds of assistance in such matters as the constant informing of the world community about the reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan, cooperation with leading media and large media organizations of the world in creating a positive image and strengthening the country's influence.

During the talks, an exchange of views took place on issues of further strengthening food safety in Uzbekistan, the steady development of agricultural production, expanding the production of environmentally friendly products, and increasing the export potential of the agricultural sector.
David Roncaloni said that he was ready to cooperate in such matters as certification and promotion of export of fruits and vegetables and food products grown in Uzbekistan, the introduction of a system of complex laboratory tests for this, confirming the "purity" of products containing chemical and genetically modified organisms.
As a result of the negotiations, the parties agreed to mobilize all forces to develop a “road map” for establishing and developing interaction and realizing all the planned goals.
