A list of areas with adverse working conditions has been determined
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A government resolution approved the Regulation on the procedure for the establishment and application of district wage coefficients, as well as the minimum length of annual additional leave for workers employed in jobs in areas with severe and adverse climatic and living conditions.
Monthly allowance and annual additional leave are granted to all employees performing work in the areas included in the List of areas with severe and adverse climatic conditions
At the same time, the size of the allowance is determined by multiplying the corresponding coefficient established for a given area by the amount of wages.
The allowances are paid at the place of work, regardless of whether the employee lives in the area or does not live.
When traveling to a locality included in the List for a period of more than one month, an employee is paid a bonus in the amount provided for that locality during his stay in this territory.
The allowance is paid regardless of the payment of reimbursement of expenses during business trips stipulated by labor legislation.
