UMS subscribers can use resources of Public Education Ministry for free
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The mobile operator UMS provided its subscribers with the opportunity to use electronic resources of the public education system without consuming Internet traffic.
This opportunity was created as part of the company’s cooperation with the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is aimed at further increasing the availability of information and educational resources for society. We are talking about a number of websites and web services that are actively used by employees of the public education system, students and their parents and the general population.
- The mobile operator UMS is interested in the effective development of the younger generation, improving access to their new knowledge. In this regard, visitors to the Information and Education Portal of the Ministry of Public Education (eduportal.uz) and the website of the Republican Children’s Library (kitob.uz) can now use the literature there, video lessons, and didactic materials without using mobile Internet traffic. Thus, being a UMS subscriber is not only beneficial, but also beneficial,” Lola Filatova, Commercial Director of UMS LLC, said.
Non-tariffed traffic from UMS also allows you to use for free the capabilities of the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science, working at uzedu.uz and xtv.uz, the School Management System (xt.uzedu.uz), and online monitoring systems for construction and repair work in secondary schools Uzbekistan (stat.uzedu.uz), as well as the OpenEMIS Education Management Information System (emis.uzedu.uz).
In addition, UMS subscribers have unlimited access to the website of the Presidential Schools (pm.xtv.uz), which provides all the information about the activities of these new generation educational institutions, as well as to the website of the developer of the Kundalik automated educational information system (kundalik.com )
- We are grateful to the mobile operator UMS for cooperation and contribution to the development of public education. A new joint initiative will allow the population of our country to get free access to educational resources and improve their knowledge. The Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan also calls on other companies operating in the country to contribute to the development of education, said Deputy Minister of Public Education Sarvar Babakhodjaev.
