Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – JV MAN Auto-Uzbekistan marked its 10th anniversary and today it is a dynamically developing factory that produces large-capacity equipment.
Production includes a complete chain of the technological process, which begins with the assembly of the frame, the installation of the main power units and the cab, with the final test of the finished equipment at the test bench.
In 2016, MAN Auto Uzbekistan mastered the production process of the cabin of the MAN CLA lineup, which includes welding, painting, assembly processes. For this, the company purchased cabin welding robots.
The great achievement of the enterprise is the start of mass production of urban low-floor buses MAN A22, operating on compressed natural gas and intercity buses MAN RR2 COACH.
The production of buses consists of several stages, including the full technological process - welding, painting and assembly of the bus. The company also mastered the production of component parts for the interior and exterior of the city bus.
The start of bus production will mark the acquisition by the MAN Auto Uzbekistan plant in the Central Asian region of the status of a center for the production of buses of various modifications.
Being the only manufacturer of MAN trucks and passenger equipment in Central Asia, MAN Auto Uzbekistan is a kind of key sales center and is of great importance for the supply of MAN trucks and buses to the countries of the region.
Since the company’s activities, more than 9,000 pieces of equipment have been produced and sold, including exported to countries such as Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Kenya, Russia, Tajikistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
MAN Auto Uzbekistan operates throughout Uzbekistan through an affiliate network of more than 18 stations in key regions of the country. In addition, partnerships have been established with MAN dealers in Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and the countries of the Caucasus region.
