Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The 6th International Tourism Exhibition Seoul International Tourism Industry Fair (SITIF) is taking place in Seoul from 6 to 9 June, at which Uzbekistan presented its National Stand.
The organizers of the National Stand of Uzbekistan are the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Development of Tourism, the National Airline Uzbekistan Airways with the participation of travel agencies of the country Meridian travel, Zukhro travel and Orient Mice. The Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Korea also took an active part in organizing the stand at the event.
As part of the participation of the delegation of Uzbekistan in the event, a presentation of the tourist and investment potential of the country to foreign participants is scheduled.
Also, during the visit of the Uzbek delegation to Seoul, a meeting will be held with our country’s counterparts living in the Republic of Korea.
SITIF is one of the largest international tourism exhibitions in the Asian region, annually collecting over 500 participating companies from more than 55 countries of the world. Among the participants of the event are representatives of international airlines, national and regional tourism councils, regional tourist administrations, travel agencies, the largest hotel complexes, resorts, tourist attractions, etc.
