New management of Institute of Strategic and Interregional Research appointed
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A new director, three deputies and an adviser were appointed at the Institute of Strategic and Interregional Research under the President.
As noted on the website of the institute, Eldor Aripov was appointed as director of the Institute of Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan.
Previously, he served as head of the Information and Analytical Center for International Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
The first deputy director of the Institute became Prof. Mir-Akbar Hadji-Akbarovich, a member of the Senate of Oliy Majlis Rakhmankulov.
Previously, he served as Vice-Rector for Research at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Shurfoat Nurullaeva and Sanjar Valiev were appointed as the deputy directors of the Institute.
Farhodbek Zukharov was approved as an advisor to the director of the Institute.
