At least 10 dead in trolleybus blast in Russia’s Volgograd

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An explosion hit a trolleybus in the Russian city of Volgograd on Monday morning, local mass media reported.
RIA Novosti reported that the blast occurred at Dzerjinski district of Volgograd at 8:10. The trolleybus did not reach station about 50 meters.
According to the preliminary data, at least 15 were killed in the result of the blast. Several people were injured.
Transport-centre.ru said that the law enforcement forces opened criminal case on the incident and said the explosion has similarities with previous two blasts – in bus and railway station.
An explosion ripped through a train station in the southern Russian city of Volgograd (Russia) on 29 December 2013, which killed 17 people and injured 40 persons.
