Samarkand region’s enterprises to ink agreements for 7bn soums within Industrial Fair

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Enterprises of Samarkand region are planning to ink agreements for over 7 billion soums within the second phase of International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange.

Over 20 companies from Samarkand region (central part of Uzbekistan) are planning to participate at the second phase of International Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange, UzA reported.

This year, the enterprises of the region are planning to ink agreements for over 7 billion soums and export agreements for US$36.6 million within the industrialist forum.

The second stage of the International Industrial Fair and Cooperation exchange will be held at UzExpoCenter in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on 26-30 October 2010.

Industrialists’ Forum was organized in order stimulate production of competitive export-oriented and import-replacement products, strengthening inter-industrial and intra-industrial cooperation, including collaboration of small businesses and large enterprises of Uzbekistan.

In autumn stage of the International Industrial Fair and Cooperation exchange will participate over 600 local and foreign companies. Uzbekistan Industrialists’ Forum now has international status and hundreds of foreign firms will participate at the exhibition.
